The Rotary Club of Petersfield was chartered in Petersfield, Hampshire in 1954. Members come from the surrounding area as far as Clanfield in the South and Bordon in the North.

The Club is in Rotary District 1110 which is located in central southern England,and comprises 72 Rotary clubs based in Hampshire , East Dorset, South Wiltshire, the Isle of Wight, and the Channel Isles.

The Club has been twinned with the Rotary Club of Emmeloord, The Netherlands for many years. Exchange visits are held every two years and strong friendships have grown as a result.
