New Generation Service

This is a new Avenue of Service within Rotary and last year we held the first Young Chefs Competition in which five young people from The Petersfield School were required to prepare and cook a two course meal within a set budget and time including choosing the menu and purchasing the ingredients. Three judges, Mike Miller the Rotary Club President and two local restauranteers Mary Ashardi and Steve Ransom, watched the preparation and tasted the meal before making their decision.
